The Lab Reports table includes your report and the Chain of Custody linked to that report.

Check the status of your lab report by clicking Check Report Status under Quick Links on your dashboard, or by clicking Lab Reports in the sidebar.
Filter the lab reports by the name of the Chain of Custody or by the Date Created. Choose a filter from the Select Filter box.
