Difference between All and Owner permissions

- All permissions: Have the ability to view all lab reports, view/edit all bottle orders, and view/edit chain of custody. This would include their own items as well as their other team members' items.
- Owner permissions: Only allows a user to view their own lab reports, view/edit their own bottle orders, and view/edit their own chain of custody.
