Create a chain of custody from a template

- On the left-hand side navigation menu under the services section click the Chain of Custody tab.
- Click the View Templates button.
- Find the specific template that you would like to use. Click the first blue button to Create a Chain of Custody.
- The chain of custody will be created from your template. Proceed to Review your chain of custody and edit any information as needed.
- Click Update Draft or Save and Submit button.
