• As a portal admin, click the User Management tab under company settings


  • SMS message permissions are set to off by default for all users. To turn this permission on, click the user's Name.



  •  Click the checkbox to Receive SMS Messages under the Set Access section.



  • Click the Save button.


  • The types of text message updates include:
    • Bottle order submitted
    • Bottle order shipped w/tracking number
    •  Chain of custody received
    •  Chain of custody incomplete
