Track my portal activity

- At the bottom of the portal dashboard there is a section called Recent Activity. This activity sorted by the most recent action starting at the top of this list.
- Recent activity includes your chain of custody, bottle orders, lab reports, and invoices. The activity can be identified by type of activity, date modified, and the status.
