- Navigate to https://myspl.specialpathogenslab.com/login
- Click the link entitled Forgot Password? located underneath the login button.
- Enter your email address and click Reset Password
- You will receive an email from clientservices@specialpathogenslab.com. Click the link in that email to reset your password.
- Enter your email, password, and confirm password. Click the Reset Password button.
